Helping Cambodian MSMEs Prepare for Export Success

What is the Service and What is it Good For?

The Export Readiness Assessment (ERA) Service is a structured business diagnostic and subsequent coaching service designed to help Cambodian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) understand their readiness to enter, expand, or improve their performance in international markets.

Through the ERA service, Sunshine Logistics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. helps businesses identify their strengths, gaps, risks, and priority areas for improvement across key functions that influence export performance.

The service focuses on helping Cambodian SMEs move from sporadic or opportunistic exporting toward strategic, structured, and sustainable exporting.

Rather than providing generic advice, the assessment provides practical, evidence-based recommendations and a clear improvement roadmap. Why Am I the Right Person to Offer This Service?

I am YUN Phyrun, Managing Director of Sunshine Logistics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., with practical experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, export documentation, and supporting Cambodian businesses with their international trade activities.

Through my participation in the Export Readiness Assessment Training of Trainers (ToT) and subsequent coaching, I have developed practical knowledge of the ERA methodology and its application to Cambodian MSMEs.

I combine the Export Readiness Assessment methodology with practical experience from the logistics and international trade environment in Cambodia.

This combination allows me to look at export readiness not only from the perspective of business development, but also from the practical perspective of production, quality, documentation, compliance, freight, customs, cost competitiveness, and market access.

Through Sunshine Logistics, I aim to integrate ERA into our existing logistics and freight forwarding activities to provide Cambodian SMEs with a more comprehensive service — from export readiness assessment and improvement planning to logistics execution and international market support.
